When will my order ship?

The best is yet to come, bestie! You can expect your shiny new nail products to ship within 3-5 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number and you’ll be well on your way to achieving breathtaking nails!

Can I modify an order if I placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. If you would like to cancel your order and are within our 24 hour cancellation period, please contact our customer service team at lanfobeauty@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. If you placed your order within 24 hours and you would like to cancel it, please contact us by calling lanfobeauty@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders after 24 hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance; estimated cost will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all. We cherish all of our customers and pride ourselves on keeping the positive vibes flowing!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 15 days of receipt in exchange for our store credit or a gift card. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is received and shows signs of use, we will deduct a 20% return fee.

Are your products cruelty free?

Absolutely, we love our fur babies! All of our products are cruelty-free! Beauty without cruelty is something we strongly believe in and the only guinea pigs we test on is our willing team of LanFo staff!
